The drain stop in my bathtub broke off when I was trying to change the stop myself because the people who installed the bath tub used silicon based glue that made it impossible to unscrew the drain stop. Aaronâ s plumbing came and gave me two options, one that will cost me money and the other that would be way cheaper, if it works. They tried the cheaper option and did a great job at fixing the issue. Great and prompt service, very professional, and with intention to solve the customerâ s problem than to make money. "I had a backup in my main sewer pipe and Jess Plumbing came out and did a thorough inspection, he then found that my main sewer pipe was incorrectly installed by the previous installer. To make a long story short, this guy knows what he is doing, has the equipment including cameras and an excellent team. They did an AMAZING job at a FAIR price. Replacing the main sewer pipe is no easy job, but they were able to do it and do it right. They also cleaned everything up at the end of the day and even planted back the plants that had to be removed during the process!"

I was surprised to see a plumbing company that has their own work inspector (In this case, Dan B., was the one who came to my house for the final inspection. Thank you Dan!) to make sure all the works are according to code and it was done correctly. The works that were done at my house require city permits. Victoria makes sure we feel comfortable with the city inspection and she was present at the inspection. The company representatives such as Sabrina and Marissa are very friendly and easy to talk to. Comparing to other plumbing company, their price may not be the cheapest, but I can really see the quality in their work (compare to another plumbing company we hired years ago…). "Chandlers did a great job. They quoted the repair and got to work. We also added the replacement of the sewer line as the main water line was being replaced. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. I was very pleased with the rapid repair and accommodating the additional work. They made what could have been an ordeal but got it done in 4 days total.
