I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony.
