"The team was professional, efficient and understood and executed the repairs without delay."

"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. Tell them to send Daniel Westereng and he will do a fantastic job!"

"This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

"Jose was very dependable and reliable. He came up with a solution to fix our leaking pipe and seems very experienced. We will definitely go to him for all pipes and plumbing needs. Very good to work with and he communicates well throughout!"

"Excellent service. Kevin came and assessed the problem. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. I really appreciate that he came by immediately to rectify the problem and complete the job."

"He was super nice and efficient. When I have questions, he'll answer it and he gave me a feedback. It worked well."

"I am one that usually does not write reviews, here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"We used Felipe to replace ~75 feet of drywall in the garage and repair a hole in our interior drywall. Fantastic job. They were done in ~8 hrs, drywall job was better than the original, and they cleaned the whole work area."

"I recently ordered a new washer and dryer for our garage and upon delivery, I was told the washer couldn’t be installed because one valve was stuck and the other was leaking. One quick call to Rubio’s Plumbing and Robert had his guys here to replace the valves and install the washer. He also remembered that I had been meaning to replace our kitchen faucet so he said he could take care of that in the same visit. Brandon and Fernando were incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient. They switched out the valves, installed the washer, replaced my faucet, and made sure to clean up after themselves. I never hesitate to recommend Rubio’s Plumbing to any friends or family, and will continue to recommend them."

"Buddy showed up as scheduled and quickly confirmed that our hot water flow problem was inside of the water heater. He then proceeded to install a replacement water heater at a competitive price and was very professional throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to call on Buddy again."
