We agreed on a price for all the parts and labor and within 2 hours he was at my house working on the Air Conditioning unit.  He was dressed professionally and didn't smell bad. All the work was done within a 4 hour period and they left my house just the way it was when they first came in. Yurik was fast to respond, did the work fast, and cleaned up afterwards.
