"It was better than my highest expectations! Jose & his workman were on time and never stopped working. His estimates on time and material were exactly how it came out. I needed a ditch filled with dirt along a new back fence. Not only did he have the dirt delivered and filled the ditch, but he transplanted some large container plants and power washed the whole walkway & patio they had transversed with the dirt. "I requested estimates from fencing contractors through Angi. Within hours Premier Fencing Co. called and setup an appointment to give me an estimate to replace my aging, dilapidated fence. The owner, Brian Koehn came up with a bid that was within our budget. The project was not an easy one. Posts had to be set adjacent to a bamboo stand and mature trees with large roots. Pipes used to reinforce existing rotted fence posts were difficult to remove. The finished project was exactly what I had envisioned. Top notch workman. Enjoyed the process. Would highly recommend this company for your fencing needs."

"Contracted with SCCCA to replace all old aluminum windows and sliding glass doors in my home with new vinyl double-pane glass versions. Initial appointment to measure windows was kept promptly. The job foreman for the job came to do the measurements himself along with a co-worker. He explained what would be done during the installation and took the measurements they needed.  I received follow-up calls the next 2 weeks, giving me an update on the status of my window construction. Installation was confirmed for the original date promised.  The installation crew showed up promptly as scheduled, did some initial prep work covering nearby flooring and furniture and began the removal/replacement process. Removal went smoothly. Prep work for the new windows included a great deal of attention paid to application of the sealant adhesives and insulation. New windows and doors were installed with a lot of attention being paid to details like how easily the latches worked, the slide motion of the windows/doors, etc.  I was very impressed with the quality of the work done as I observed the entire process from removal to final sealing, caulking and cleaning.  

Overall, I would highly recommend SCCCA, the installation crew and the quality of the Anlin windows I purchased."
