"On Dec. 13th, I called Cal's because my washer stopped working the night before--water would not drain. As I was going away, asked if they could come before I left. Charles showed up that afternoon and after going thru machine, he found a coin that had damaged the pump--it was shot. I ordered this part and was told not to expect delivery by the time I was leaving. ( taking some dirty clothes with me) The next morning they called to say pump was in their hands and Charles would install that afternoon.
