Tim did great work, he came by to ***** the work and gave us a very fair-priced estimate, he even offered helpful tips on other projects we discussed that weren't related to the work we hired him to do. He was very punctual both times he was in the home and very respectful of our request to wear a mask. He was quick to call when a spot opened up, and I really appreciated him thinking of us and fitting us in on short notice. Will definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing any type of work done."

"Had to call back multiple times throughout the three month period. The product does not last, we were constantly seeing something. There was always an excuse "it's the rain, it's the cold" ( No, we did not have an infestation, but we live by woods.) They specifically advertise that they provide rodent extermination/control. I had a mouse in my room and they gave me a glue trap. When I informed them that I had already tried this, he responded, "Mice are dumb." Obviously, it did not work and I had to catch the mouse by hand in a bucket. I wanted to make sure there were no rats in the garage because my dog kills them and they said there is nothing that they can do about that. (so what exactly am I paying for here?) I had several miscommunications about appointments. They changed them without notice. I asked them to come out and spray one last time before the 3 month term ended and they sprayed the inside and told me they couldn't treat the outside until the rain dried up. They came back to perform the OUTSIDE TREATMENT ONLY, and charged me for a new term of three months saying that it was a whole service performed. I have received countless bills and I called repeatedly and asked for management. It only took them 4 months to respond, only to tell me that I owe them an entire 3 months payment for the one OUTSIDE ONLY treatment they performed. Manager refused to take off the charge. -Heather C (so ya know.)"
