"Wighton's is great about communicating with their customers.  They called the day before to remind us of the appointment, and then when the service tech was on his way, another call was made to let me know.
He was very polite and considerate.  He even put on shoe covers before coming in the house.  He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why.  After he was done he went over the results of the tests and gave me copies of everything.  Everything was working fine and no repairs were needed or recommended.  He did suggest that we consider upgrading our thermostat, but there was no pressure to do so.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"We have worked with numerous contractors over the years and Borders Electric is the best. In the past we used other electricians and they were inferior to Borders electric in every area. Andrew shows up on time (that is rare) and is a good communicator and easy to work with. His prices are fair and most importantly the quality of his work is outstanding. He is also assisted by his son who is positive and professional. We worked with Borders on two occasions involving installation of a EV charger which required extensive wiring. He also installed lighting, Ring cameras and some minor repairs. Lastly and very important is the fact that Andrew double checks his work to make sure it is perfect."

". I SAID PAY HALF THE COST IF MY BANK CHARGED ME STOP PY FEES MOST FOR ME 25.00 FOR THEM 25.00 ALSO FIFTY DOLLARS TO SPLIT.. "The overall experience was good. Even though our roof is quirky and we have parts that are shaded, they were able to angle panels in different areas to get the maximum sun exposure. There was one glitch...the system wasn't working when we first turned it on upon approval from the electric company but once I contacted them they were quick to come out. The problem was a switch that hadn't pushed on properly and was an easy fix. We felt like they worked very hard to get the system in for us quickly and were polite and professional throughout the experience."

"Trevor Flahive was the nicest person to come out and give an estimate.. his knowledge of solar panels was the best I’ve heard.."
