"Joe called me back right away and set up an estimate time for the next day.  He was professional in every way.  We set up a time for the job that day.  He was on time, told me it would  take about 4 hours.  He cleaned up after himself in each room.  Told me to rinse sinks out the next day just to be sure there were no specks left from the job we couldn't see then.  I thought that one bath's marble would need to be replaced but he made it look better than new.  I will differently hire him again when needed.

"Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."
