"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "I called TNT Design and Build for a full remodel (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, fireplace, and interior paint). Mor, the project manager, was very informative and professional from the first meeting and was very helpful and patient throughout the process of us choosing exactly what we wanted our remodel to look like. TNT workers were tidy, professional, on time, and organized. They came every day, as he said they would, on time and worked diligently. Tamari checked up on the job almost every day, as he promised, and was very flexible with a few changes we had but did not discuss from the beginning. "Nucave construction did a great job remodeling and completing a relatively complicated medical facility for me. Excellent job. Ryan was spot on every step of the way through. He was very timely and efficient in getting things done and very knowledgeable about the materials and methods. This build-out included retrofitting and developing nearly 3000 sqft of medical space to include a fully functional operating room and recovery room with anesthesia capability. Included was a combination of medical flooring, vinyl and tile flooring, medical cabinets and sinks, a large reception area with reception desk, and a sterile processing room. Nucave also got the facility current and inspected by the fire marshal. They corrected problems with electrical panels, and got a back-up generator functioning and warrantied for me. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to give my highest recommendations to Ryan and Nucave construction."

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work.
