"Called Plumbing Plus because I've used them before and trusted them too. Scheduled a Saturday appointment for estimate on the work. Scott arrived during the scheduled time frame and went through the work to be done. Estimate was e-mailed a few days later. <br> <br>The above work was performed about a week later. All the items were installed in about 4 hours. Very happy with the new water heater/tank and even have better water pressure than before. The replacement of the main shut off valve looks great and is copper, so don't have to worry about rust in the future. The toilet was installed and works great. They even hauled away the old toilet which was appreciated. <br> <br>Overall I'm very happy with the work done by Plumbing plus and will most definitely call them for future plumbing issues."

With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"excellent customer service but why replacement installation of a garbage disposal......15 minute job with my new disoasal(exact same model and make of the one being replaced) costing nearly $400.00 plus my cost for the disposal........ and ARS was not the most expensive......I am so dissapointed but only in the cost not the job done....thank you ARS for coming quickly and getting the repair done for my tenant"
