"I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.

"It was a good price. They were beginning to installed Deccan system in residents. Deccan was for commercial, and they were starting to install Deccan in residential places, and I think I got a pretty good price. I had no problems with them. The problem that I had while I marked them down overall, they installed the unit the furnace upstairs, I live in a condo, it was in sort of a closet. When it went on, it sounded like an train going on through the house. I think they should have been aware of that. I called them back, to do some to soften the noise around the furnace, and put some material around it to buffer the noise, so its reduce. I had to call them back a couple of times. The first time, the kid kind of just glued it on. The second time, when I called they really attached it, so its stayed, and its really helped. Overall, they should have been conscious of that problem."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Everything went very well from start to finish.  When I told Jeremy that I could hear flapping sounds when I was in our exercise room, he immediately told me what needed to be done.  We set up a time for the next day, he came on time, inspected and reviewed the actions items to take.  We agreed and he put the screening in place and hung the net.  A few days later, he came to remove the net and put screening on that vent.  Our problem was solved.
Before calling the Wildlife Specialist, we had called another vendor with good reviews on Angie's List.  That was a total waste of money.  That guy inspected, but his action plan was to set traps and then provide us with names to call to have the work done.  His handyman was unable to do anything and the other action items were obvious.  We couldn't even understand the action items because he kept contradicting himself. Although we had purchased a 4-week service, we told him that we didn't want him coming back and we agreed on a price for the one week's work.
Jeremy's communication skills are excellent and he does the work himself.  I highly recommend him.
