"Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families. We are all out of state ( OH/IL/CT) . They were good at communicating with us throughout the project, even though we were only on site at few times during the process. They listened carefully to needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. They gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Builders of West Florida to anyone doing a small or large project."
