"I love my sliding glass door. The problem is with my front door replacement. The panels on it are warping. Nick and Cedric tried to get the panels straightened by shooting some nails into the ends and smoothing them with something that looks like calking. Also the reinstall of my storm door is poor, in that the handle side tilts down causing the bottom of the door to hit the frame and therefore does not close properly. Nick and Cedric came out mid October 2025 to check on it. Thought they fixed the storm door problem, but the problem returned about a week later. I was told at that time that they would order a new door from their supplier to replace the one that had warped panels. It?s been 3 months now! They have not returned my 16 calls or several emails inquiring as to when to expect my new door. Not a peep! My door will not fix itself. Come on! I spent $12,284.00 with Mister Window. I should have some follow up and rectification by now!"
