His bid was the lowest for replacing our electric panel, the riser to the house (FPL house connect) and the meter socket. We were having a whole house generator installed and they requested, last minute, that the panel be replaced. Zack was able to get our permit and set up a date with FPL in a timely fashion. He was a great communicator, sending me confirmation of permits given, FPL appointments made, and inspection times. He communicated with me by phone as needed and was always quick to respond.
