"Capital District Electric was the first place I happened to choose on here and I’m glad I did. Eric got back to me within a few hours and was able to come over the same day. He was polite and professional the entire time. He got right to work, explained the issue, got a new part, and installed it the same day. He moves fast and is focused on getting the job done. When he installed the new breaker, he even cleaned up a ground wire that we didn’t know was just hanging in the old box. I’m very happy with his work and will definitely use him in the future."

"Very, very expensive. In my opinion overpriced for the work performed. I asked for an estimate on some other work (replacing a wall outlet) and was pretty surprised at their estimate in excess of $600."

"I cannot say enough about Mustafa! He came on a Wednesday to assess the work I needed done (installation of exterior nest cam with flood lights and troubleshoot a breaker issue), and, because I was in such a bind he offered to come on Sunday, his day off! He ended up texting me Thursday with availability Friday evening, a HUGE relief! He arrived Friday as promised had the light installed in all of 30 minutes, and then spent the next 2 and half hours running up and down two flights of stairs to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem between the top floor and the fuse box in the basement. He was able to repair the issue very quickly and easily once it was found. He put everything back as it was and left the area neat and tidy! When came to pay, his cost was extremely reasonable, less than I anticipated! In addition, Mustafa is extremely professional and reliable, but also wicked personable and friendly! Hire Mustafa the next time you need an electrician; I guarantee you will be satisfied!"

"Alex o AP Link contacted us immediately upon receiving the inquiry we submitted. Within days we had an estimate and an appointment. He arrived on schedule and was professional from the moment he arrived until he left. He replaced our 20+ year old exterior light fixtures with the new ones we had purchased. Some adjustments had to be made to the existing wiring in order for all fixtures to be installed properly, which he did. Now our outdoor lights look great and are done right. We will definitely use AP Link the next time we need electrical work done."

"My specialized ceiling fan had stopped working. JME Electric came out and diagnosed the problem. I required a new receiver and remote control transmitter. They ordered it on line. As soon as they had the part (9 days later), Jake, the owner called me to schedule the follow-up appointment. Then, they came back and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! The fan (remote control) works great now! For each appointment, they were able to accommodate MY busy schedule. They were respectful of my time, always arriving on time. I highly recommend GME Electric for your electric and ceiling fan needs."

"I hired Jeff to replace an exhaust fan in my upstairs bathroom. During our preliminary meeting, he provided me with the appropriate measurements to search for a replacement unit. The day the work was scheduled, he was on time.. overall I was very pleased with the results. Before leaving, I told him about a light fixture just outside the bathroom that wasnâ t working. He was able to identify the problem which turned out to be a defective switch. He had the part and was able to repair the light fixture for a small fee. He was very professional with the work he performed."

"Jesse did a great job installing the under cabinet lighting I got my wife as a present. He installed the new LED under kitchen cabinet lights which included installtion of the low voltage transformer/converter and light switch/dimmer. His experience was evident with his selection of dimmer switch location and optimum running of wiring to cover both sides of the kitchen cabinets."

"Frank did an excellent job installing our new light fixtures by the front door! He arrived right on time, was professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was installed safely and neatly. The new lights look great, thank you!"

"George came to look at my electrical issue the same day i called. He looked it over, showed me what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He came back two days later and took a decades old, unsafe cobbed up mess and restored it to a safe installation that looks good and works great! Pleased beyond words for the work he did for me!!"

"Paul followed up on my estimate request the next morning and provided a detailed quote right away. Unfortunately we didn't hire him right away but when we did we got a quick response and scheduled us immediately. His crew was thorough, courteous and focused through the whole project. We had our service upgraded and generator transfer switch installed within just a few hours. I would highly recommend them for any size project."
