"We can't speak about rate of value since we never received an itemized estimate or invoice upon our request. Everthyhing completed was excellent and he was very personalbe, we joked around and talked about many funny storeies all in good humor. Never took anything personal, however we paid cash and the next time he was to arrive to finish somthings we hired to be done were not completed and he was a no call/no show for additional projects. We requested an itemized statement, receipts and our personal credit card we gave him to purchase items needed for repairs.. We are truly concerned about him and he has not responded to texts or phone calls. We wou;d still like to finish our project, but with an explanation as to why he left. We wish him the best of luck, but are still confused about this depature especially after we gave him his first good review and then paid cash, plus daily tips for he and crew. We also kept them with drinks and food and they had free run of our home. What a gem to lose, but we still need an explanation and the itemized estimate/invoice and credit card returned."

"Tim is professional and prompt guy. I got free estimate from many roofing company. They said $10000~ $12000 for replacement of my old roof. My house is 1780 square feet. I wanted to save money and to find reasonable cost with pro. Finally I found Tim & his team. They are honest and professional. They worked for 3 days early morning to 5pm and cleaned every thing after work. I am very satisfied with Tim & his team. Thank you Tim!"

"I contacted Complete Painting And Repair for a free estimate and they were quick to return my call.  The next day, Scott stopped by and we walked the property and he provided an estimate.  Within the next week, I received three other estimates from competitors. Complete Painting and Repair gave me the best bid and also left me with confidence that they'd do the job well.
I provided Scott with the colors for the deck and house.  He took care of acquiring the paint.  It took approximately two weeks for the job to begin and another week to finish the job after it had began.    This was primarily due to an unfortunate streak of bad luck with weather. 
I was very happy with the work and plan to solicit Complete Painting and Repair soon for a bid on some interior work.

We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills.
