We had a tight time-frame and very specific expectations regarding the conversion of our screened in porch to a fully functioning room addition to our home. From the demo phase to the final day, Michael and the guys worked in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job - from the construction of the new walls, installation of the windows, moving a dryer vent duct, installing the flooring, painting - everything was done beautifully and professionally. When the job was finished, they cleaned up and hauled away all of the debris and left no sign that a new room had just been built when they left. On the day of completion, Michael and the guys (Damien, Danny & Josh) not only moved all of the furniture into the room, they hung pictures and even helped me unload my car of all of the supplies and decorations I had brought. Michael worked a Saturday installing wood trim and Danny returned on a Friday evening to replace two window panes that had been damaged in shipment to the vendor. Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.
