I figured after $15k worth of work from them they would have caught something like this. I had to fix myself. I also was sold a whole house water filter, which I actually like. What I didn't like is they wanted to charge me $360 for a $130 part which I was able to change myself in 10 minutes, and I'm a woman who's never done it before. I believe they charge way too much money for the work they do. They're quick so it's obvious they're paid by the job. I overheard a worker say the faster they get done the more jobs they get. So it's quantity over quality. I would much prefer to have a single individual and not a company from now on. I also do not appreciate the AI bot answering service. I much prefer talking to a human. Will not be doing business again. "
