"Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed. I have subsequently had 2 calls from them asking me to call if I want to discuss the replacement. I don't want to discuss it; the first call was fair enough, the second was nagging."

"Jesse was amazing, to say the least. He did a thorough job of replacing my water heater, from start to finish. He is very personable, knowledgeable, extremely neat and informed me of the process throughout his work. I can't say enough about my experience with Jesse on this installation. He is the best!"

"They showed up on time, and did it in a timely and proficient manner. The crew was very professional as well and I’d definitely have them come back for more repairs"

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"John was very professional and communicated with me quickly. The repair was completed ahead of schedule. I would gladly work with him again."

"Dylan is a true professional. He came to my home and looked at the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. I have a Home Warranty and he coordinated with that company to get my water heater replaced. He stayed in communication with me and arrived at my home within the timeframe he stated. He is extremely friendly and down to earth. He answered all the questions I had concerning the process. He took the time and showed me how to adjust the hot water temperature on the tank. He cleaned up the area where he worked and took the old tank and parts. You can be assured that he will do a very good job for you at a reasonable cost. I'm planning on remodeling my bathroom in the near future and I am definitely going to hire him to do the job because I know I can trust him to do a wonderful job for a fair price."

"Quick assessment and repair of a gas leak in stove equipment. Reasonable price. Would call again"

"Zack Baughman was my technician, I had my furnace repaired ( not an option above) he was very friendly and didn’t try to upsale me !! I really appreciated that! He fixed the furnace and I will continue to use their services (McVay heating)"

"He was on-time courteous and did a great job and diagnosing and fixing my gas hot water tank."

"Super responsive. Called on Thursday came out that afternoon to quote the job. Set a crew out Monday to do the work. Did a great job installing a new gas tankless system to replace an existing electric tank. And their quote was Way less than the the other big name water heater guy. They were right on time and I got text updates as to there location to arriving, appointment reminders etc. They said it would be a 1/2 day job and they were pulling out of my driveway at noon sharp. Even took the old water heater. Please note this was not an emergency service call, we were just upgrading to a gas tankless system for improved performance and lower operating cost."
