"We had most of our landscaping ripped out and had new put in. Hepp was the only company who actually followed through with a proposal after coming out to property. Two other companies recommended on Angie we never heard from again. The owner of Hepp genuinely seemed to want customer to be happy and was flexible with changes as project ensued. The only caveat is that sometimes things got lost in translation between owner and crew, but they graciously fixed or moved anything till we were happy. Now we have a beautiful new landscaped yard. Definitely would recommend."

"I hired Zach to install a french drain, to plant some trees, and to install a rock bed at the edge of my property. Zach and crew were very timely and pleasant, and the price was right. But after completion i noticed some minor property damage, and some minor issues with the quality of work and cleanup. I'm a reasonable guy and sent Zach a text letting him know my thoughts, hoping to have a direct convo about it. However, I have not heard back from him at all. Hate to not leave 5 stars, but a little extra customer service would have gone a long way here. Here is that text: Hey Zach, just completed the final invoice. Apologies it took me a few days, we were camping with no cell service until yesterday. I wanted to let you know since i believe in constructive feedback, I'm not happy with some of the work done. My fence post was ran into and dented. I'll try to use a crowbar to repair but if that does not work i'll have to order a replacement & install. A bunch of the trees are planted at a pretty strong 30 degree angle instead of being upright. I'll straighten these out. There are still lots of big rocks in the lawn where the rock pile was. I'll take 30 minutes to clean it up. I know it rained heavily after the fresh soil / seed was planted, but some straw would have gone a long way to keep it in place. I'll have to re rake and seed and straw everything. Some of these are small things, but they leave a bad impression, and I wish your team would have just been upfront with me about the bent fence post."

From picking out the plants for me to making sure the mulch looked good with my house. They also did some additional work for me so when they were done my yard looked so much better. He arrived before the scheduled time and provided a professional opinion and quote. I hired him based on a very fair price. He scheduled the day at my convenience. Cole and his team arrived early in the morning on the scheduled day. The weeded and edged all the beds before putting down the mulch. They put down a generous layer of mulch around every exposed part of dirt, even to the wall in an area that is quite large. The price was beyond fair and I know there is no way I could have done the work at the price he charged! Cole and his team left my yard looking better than when they arrived with spotless clean up and removal of all debris. Cole was super friendly and helpful and they practiced safe distancing and wore masks the whole time. I would recommend Faodail to anyone looking for great service at a great price!!"
