"Talk about excellent work! Every single workman I have had in my house has complimented on the crown molding. They said whoever did the work knew what they were doing! I am actually going to have him back to do my bedroom. It took him almost 9 hours to do the work. The owner himself came out and did all the cuts and all the corners. I asked for several estimates, and Erik from EH Handyman Services had the most reasonable bid by far.....very fair! Erik properly prepared the surface of the roof before applying 2 heavy layers of roof coating material. The preparation included removing (and later replacing) some terra cotta trim tiles, and performing three-course re-sealing of the roof penetrations. While performing his work, Erik was timely, professional, friendly, respectful, trustworthy, very thorough, and patiently addressed all of my concerns, which gave me the peace of mind I needed! Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
