"The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call."

That is a huge job in 100 degree heat and the ground extremely hard! Clean up was very good. Friendly and extremely reasonable pricing. I would definitely hire him again and have already requested his assistance in removing a tree from my yard."

His crew worked tirelessly from early morning until sundown and finished the job in just 3 days. They did quality work and the final results were beautiful. When I asked for an adjustment to the irrigation system a few days after the job was completed, they showed up the same day and graciously made the adjustments. Their work ethic is the best. "Excellent. The estimate Chris gave for the time required was right on target. The craftsmanship of every step of installation was top-notch, particularly the flooring and building/tiling the new shower enclosure. Every day the crew cleaned up the work area, both inside and outside (they did the necessary sawing and other such jobs outside to minimize the impact, and were quite thorough in keeping the yard cleaned up after each day). Chris worked closely with us at the start to understand what we wanted to be done, and along the way had some helpful advice on changes that improved on the project (for example, expanding the shower enclosure a few inches into the room greatly increased the spaciousness of the shower while having a minimal impact on space in the bathroom itself). After completion, a small issue developed -- Chris promptly returned not once but twice until it was completely resolved to both of our satisfactions. We already have asked Rightway for a bid on a backyard project. We strongly recommend the company and Chris for their work, their reliability, their craftsmanship, and their commitment."
