"CNC Construction is absolutely the best experience I have had with a contractor working at my house. Nick applied epoxy paint to my garage floor. Previous to Nick I had the floor painted a month ago by a different contractor. Nick was on time the 4 days he worked, The first day he stripped all of the previous paint from my garage floor. The other 3 partial days Nick applied the epoxy base coat and clear coat. The work product was excellent and the price was fair. I recommend CNC construction to anyone."

"You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. "Greg is the owner of Affordable Screening and Repair.  Greg Oates and his crew did an outstanding job on our very large pool cage.  Not only did he rescreen the entire area, he also put in all new hardware on our doors and cleaned out the gutters and resealed all the gutter seems.  They put in extra heavy screening on the bottom per our request and another type near our sitting area to shield the area from rain and sun.  The pool area looks band new now!  We are so very pleased with the quality of the work and the pleasant nature of Greg and his crew.  We will be keeping Affordable Screening as our go-to company for our pool cage/screen area.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
