Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Gino Henn and his crew replaced everything, from the flooring in every room, to each of the 2.5 bathrooms and the leaky 2-stage roof. The roof is now an urban oasis, with turf and a deck cover. Imperial did a fantastic job. I love my totally new kitchen! Because the condo complex was old and not well maintained, there were unexpected and tricky problems with electrical and plumbing systems.
