"I would like to share our experiences that we had with Golan and his team. We renovated our kitchen from the get go, raised ceilings and completely changed the floor plan changing walls etc. Working with Golan from the very start was a pleasure. He understood what our design concepts were and prepared a proposal for our review. The teams were scheduled to follow the demolition and then reconstruction. Our kitchen turned out beautifully each crew that worked on my kitchen were pleasant and never left me a mess to live through. The kitchen was done on time and I had no stress wondering if it would follow a schedule. I would recommend Golan and his team to anyone who would like to have a stress free renovation and beautiful finish of your dreams."

"Imperial Remodeling took on a top-to-bottom remodel of my small three-level townhome, including a roof-top deck. The home, which was previously occupied by a hoarder, was transformed! Gino Henn and his crew replaced everything, from the flooring in every room, to each of the 2.5 bathrooms and the leaky 2-stage roof. The roof is now an urban oasis, with turf and a deck cover. Imperial did a fantastic job. I love my totally new kitchen! Because the condo complex was old and not well maintained, there were unexpected and tricky problems with electrical and plumbing systems. But Imperial handled it all -- and stayed on schedule. The workmanship is excellent and detailed. The crew was careful and mindful of my neighbors and the cleanliness of building's common areas. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project."

"So Cal Builders & Design Inc did an amazing job as our general contractor for major home repairs. They fixed structural issues, updated our kitchen, and repaired damaged flooring with great attention to detail. The team was professional, communicative, and finished on time. The quality exceeded our expectations, and we felt supported throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them for any major home repair project!"

"Oury at Universal Home Design did a spectacular job on the renovation of our condo in Pasadena. We completed two total bathroom renovations, replaced a fireplace, and touched up a variety of other small projects throughout the home. Oury set a fair price with a clear understanding that I would pay for all of the finishes (such as tile, vanities, faucets, etc...). I was out of town for the entire project, and Oury communicated with me every step of the way, always checking in to confirm how I wanted things done and sending photos as each phase of construction was completed. He and his team were quick, efficient, trustworthy, and they paid attention to every detail. The final product is beautiful. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a contractor, and I can't recommend him highly enough!"

"We hired House R Us for a complete indoor and outdoor renovation, needless to say we were very satisfied with their service."

"Trig Builders is an excellent one-stop shop for mainly excellent design, great help in selecting final materials/accessories and mainly for any complete home remodeling. Our master bathroom and kitchen needed to be completely demolished and redesigned. Yossi met with us several times and by listening to us and to what we want to get, he was able to come up with a new concept that included all the ideas and goals of what we wanted to have and his design was very clean, modern while still be within our budget. Yossi also managed and handled all the orders and purchased of the materials and final accessories which caused us to write this review because this was an excellent service. The bathroom was gutted and after the demolition, Yossi and his guys discovered that the floor support beams were damaged so we had to replace them with new ones and to have the floor leveled before they could start the new construction. This problem caused the budget increased by a small cost (Yossi charged us only for the materials) for the overall budget. All the professional people that were involved in the work including the plumber, drywall man, electrician and tile man were excellent and skilled people that executed their part in a very high level of work results. They were very careful about all the cleaning aspect by dropping cloths, plastic wraps for the floors. The kitchen was completely redesigned and Yossi was able to include everything we wanted and needed. He went with us prior to the work and helped us purchasing all the materials appliances. The remodeling job was a week behind the original schedule because of the floor problem and due to few days when we had to leave the house for personal reasons on top of complications in getting the necessary inspections completed. We must mention here that any of the delays was not caused because of Trig Builders fault. We are very happy and satisfied with Yossi, the workers and all the skilled people and mainly Trig Builders as the company and we highly recommend them."

"I did the whole house remodeling and I am very happy with the results."

"I’m so excited to leave this review because this contractor really stands out from all the others we’ve worked with. He is extremely honest, reliable, and stayed within the original timeframe he gave us, which we really appreciated. He remodeled multiple rooms in our home, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Everything was done beautifully, professionally, and with great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. It’s not always easy to find contractor who is trustworthy, keeps his word, stays on schedule and delivers excellent work but Emilio did all of that."

"My neighbor is a close friend and she was redoing her entire kitchen with golan remodeling. I am always at her house for tea as we have been friends for 15 years now. I was looking to do some bathroom remodels at my house at the same time. Once I realized that her kitchen was almost finished and the experience was great I decided to hire golan remodeling. I did receive a few estimates and most of the estimates were around the same price. I must say that jenny and her brother Haim are such great people. I did 2 complete bathroom remodels and removed some popcorn from the ceilings in 3 rooms. Ev"

"Ben helped us convert our VERY old garage (80+ years) into a modern multipurpose room. He was communicative throughout the process, friendly to work with, and the final product exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend YB Builders to anyone looking for a contractor."
