EENN Construction installed 7 kraftmaid cabinets including a crown moldings around the upper cabinets and below the cabinets . A toe kick board was installed that needed modification to accommodate a vent. I am very pleased with the quality work that was done. A custom made cabinet was needed which he provided. He has a great personality, is reliable ,punctual , professional and particular in his performance. If problems arose during the project he would communicate with you the solution for your approval. He makes sure that he is delivering quality work and takes pride in his performance. I highly recommend him for your next home project I will definitely be calling on him for my next project ( next is paint & countertops) . "

"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

"Avoid! Capital?s quote was significantly more than others but they stated it was due to ?quality? of work and reputation. Lies! The project (yard drainage, pavers) took months and is still a full mess! Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"
