"It was ok. The unit hadn't been serviced or cleaned in a while. He cleaned it and what they did, they did right. However, when he left it developed a noise, a knock. We then had someone out from the same company, who came out to give us an estimate on something unrelated to what they originally had done. I mentioned to the gentleman that there was a noise. He said that since they removed the dirt, and cleaned it, it was probably unbalanced. He didn't say it was a safety issue but he told me that he would make sure that he would call back to schedule an appointment and he didn't, which was a disappointment. The price was very reasonable."
