"Chase did a great job repairing a failed pipe that splashed water into our home. He carefully examined every aspect of the problem, determined what needed to be done, fixed the problem and tested the pipes to make sure everything worked -- and all of this at a very reasonable price. We've been using PipeWorks for several years to deal with plumbing issues and they've provided great service at reasonable rates. We'll continue to contact them when we have a plumbing problem."

"BELTWAY AIR COMFORT SERVICE is a terrible company. Horrible customer service. Incompetent technicians. They came to my home when my AC broke and 13 days later still no update. I called and texted repeatedly and got no response from the company. It's been two weeks in the sweltering heat we still have no AC. First they said they had to order a part, then I they found out they hadn't put the order in for the part. The dispatch was rude and claimed he didn't know who the owner was when I asked to speak to him. I found out these are the same ripoff artists that misdiagnosed my mom's HVAC resulting in her buying an entire new unit for over $10,000, and then the unit kept shutting off because the real problem was a regulator for the gas line. They're incompetent and unprofessional."

"They installed our AC system; that went fine. But several years later, when it needed repair. They came out and looked at the problem, and then ghosted me. They didn't return my multiple calls. When I finally got somebody else to come out to look at the problem, they told me that the warranty had just expired on the part that needed replacing. Putting 2 +2 together, Buric ghosted me to run out the clock on my warranty for the repair of the product they installed. Would you ever hire anybody who behaves like that???"
