He saw that a large part of a ceiling was down and went onto the roof to inspect. We agreed that it was not a roof problem and so I would pay for the inspection."

They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof.
