You can count on receiving a text from him daily to let you know his arrival time and he carefully plans his daily workload on big projects such as ours. He covered and protected my walls, flooring, furniture, removed ceiling fans lights, and he took care of my home is if it was his own. He painted baseboards and interior doors and did any necessary touch up painting. His technique in moving popcorn ceilings was not messy and made it convenient for us to still live in our home. They did a great job of trying to keep the mess confined and minimal, even used a damp rag to try to remove all dust from the floor at the end of the job! <br /> Mr Brown came by every morning and afternoon to check on his employees work, and never asked for payment until after he had completed my punch list and done his own walk thru. Both he and his employees were very respectful. <br /> It was the most pleasant drywall and painting experience I could imagine (given that drywall dust is messy). <br /> The painting was great, they asked me to come and look over the room before they were done.
