"After a year and a half with my crawlspace encapsulation everything is going good! I was very nit-picky about many details and everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and communicative, had 1 little issue that was immediately resolved and the techs that got it completed did a great job. I was very pleased with the way they set up a barrier around my pool to prevent any debris from getting into it too"

"I had a new HVAC system installed recently and from the sale io the installation all went well. If I have any questions I call my awesome salesman first. Clayton he is great at what he does very pleasant give you options available to you and listens to your questions and answers them thoroughly. He does not fast talk or try to push you into a purchase. This has happened to me twice in the past and I was not pleased. We decided on a system the awesome team of Colton, Noah and Hunter did my install. I am very happy with my new system and all thank them all for bearing with me. Five Star rating across the board. "Tiles for the shower walls, bench, niche and curb were chipped when cut. Will, the project manager, said they would be covered when grouted. That was not true. Linear floor drain was to be removable but was grouted in. Solution was to remove grout with a box cutter that left the area around the drain look like it was gnawed instead of cut with a tool. The shower head had 3 settings 2 of them were little more than a trickle. The sink faucet was not tightened to the counter. The painter put 2 divots into my walls. If I didn't see him do it they wouldn't have repaired them. They did patch the divots but I know where they are so I see them every time I walk by. Be very careful with Rickey, the project estimator and Will. Both will tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. RNR had decent reviews but now every time I walk into the bathroom I am reminded of the shoddy work that was done. My mistake was to pay them before the job was complete. Keep a close eye on your job."

General and sub-contracting, estimating, diagnosis/job-layout.\nBilling procedures: depending on the size of the job, etc. half of the agreed price is paid up front for materials and the other half is to be paid upon completion.\nNumber of employees: varies with size and scope of work, roughly between 2-8 workers. I also can provide a large number of sub- contracted employees for larger scale/ commercial jobs.

FAQs for spray foam insulation projects in Savannah, GA

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.

It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.

Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
