He worked with us trying to find a door that would fit without having to order one and waiting weeks for it to arrive. Well don't you know the day the listing on the house got online we had a full price offer on it. During the negotiations we settled on giving them an allowance for the door and them replacing the door themselves. Worked for us, one less headache. So the company didn't get the job but it's due to no fault of their own. I will definitely refer them to the buyers."
