"It did not go as well. It was not something that cost a lot. I did get an inspection. I just didn't receive any repairs for that price, but that's probably okay. I got advice on what I could do like contacting insurance on various possibilities for getting the roof work done. They actually did not give me an estimate on a new roof. They just advised that I call the insurance first to see if the insurance would assist in paying for any of it. There was nothing additional. $50 was a good price for an inspection. They didn't do any work. I felt like the entire intent from the beginning was to see what they could do to get me to put a new roof on versus real estate repair options. Maybe the roof was more in need of a roof than it was repairs so maybe they were just being upfront. He seemed knowledgeable."
