"B&E remodelling and roofing was recommended from a friend. They were 1 of numerous estimates I received for this large project. Mark one of the owners came out to do the estimate. He was very friendly and took his time to explain everything they were going to do and the products they used. Once the work started his crew were professional and punctual. Everyone was polite. This was a big job and his crews were here for two weeks straight, always informing me what work was going to be performed the following days. My wife and I love the make over B&E did on our house. We have had many people stop and tell us they love the house and the way it looks. The craftsmanship is impeccable. "Kordell and his crew did an amazing job on this roof install. Two months after installation, everything is looking great. All leaks from the old roof have been sealed up and things have remained dry. He built a cricket to resolve a problematic valley and it looks good and works well. Installed some roof vents and some of the soffit / fascia also. He was extremely prompt in responding to inquiries. And they did a good job in protecting all of my foundational plantings. (yay!) These guys are able to install the KasselWood metal shingles and they really know how to do it! Hard working team that was willing to take a job that some other contractor was too lazy to bother with. A+ Would highly recommend!!!"

"<p>Had a problem with a nest of bees that made their home in the ceiling of a small bedroom. The house had been empty for many years and the hive was quite large. I had a beeman remove the hive, but it required him to cut a hole in the bedroom ceiling. So I needed someone to prevent the bees from returning, remove any remaining honeycomb, and repair the room.</p> <p>Unfortunately, I had trouble finding a contractor who was willing to work with me since I am located in New Jersey. Doug Weaver was willing to work with me. Since the house was empty, he could stop & start the project as he needed, but he did not delay in the repairs. He started before I expected him to, and I understand his workers even worked on weekends! (I have a neighbor who acts as caretaker & kept me up to date on the progress). We were able to communicate by phone to get the job done in a timely manner. I will be more than willing to work with Doug again, since my old house has many projects that still need completion!</p> <br />"

"They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do. "They were here when they said they would be. Messy job but you would never have known it.  Drop cloths ever where ,  All trash  cleaned up  and  they even checked the driveway  for any  thing that could have fallen off the truck. <br /> They had to  uses cellar steps going through the  front door to  get to the site.    There was Poor  ventilation as there is only one window.      I was very pleased. <br />"
