"When I first called, I was surprised at how quickly they returned my phone call to set up an estimate. He was able to come over the next evening to check out our basement. He was punctual and provided us information about what would need to be done. He stated that he would provide us with an estimate that evening. I waited, but the estimate never came. I called the following week to see the status of the estimate. They stated that they were busy, but I should have it by now and would email it ASAP. After a second week, I called again. They said they would get it to me again. After the third week, I called again and was told the same thing. I gave up at that point and contacted someone else, who will be fixing the basement tomorrow. It's been over a month now and never received an estimate for the work. I understand that it's a busy time of year, but was disappointed to never get the estimate and didn't feel like I should have to pester them for it.

"They were very professional, did a great job, know what they were doing, friendly, and a reasonable price."

"Andre responded promptly, was able to fit us in earlier than first scheduled. He and his assistant did a wonderful job. They also saw another small need we had and quickly took care of it. They were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and performed the tasks efficiently and professionally. We definitely will hire them again."

"Awesome Went above and beyond"

"Much of the work was done in anticipation of the arrival of a new range/oven unit. It was functionally correct, but the tall outlet 'box' prevented ideal placement of the range/oven. Infinity Solutions returned to make small adjustments. We're delighted with the final result and with knowing who we're going to call next time."

"The company representative stated to me that they only do commercial properties and not residential homes. I was not aware of that from the company's description. They did respond to my calls."
