"I hired Diego of Upper Level Construction, Inc. to do the work of totally replacing the 2 roofs of my house. While some other potential contractors were only content with a satellite image of the roof I chose Diego because of his 'Boots on the roof approach': He deftly set up a ladder and walked all over the roof taking pictures, which helped me to appreciate just what was needed. He also had a good look at the plywood underlayer in the attic. It turned out that a part of the lower roof needed to be raised to have an adequate slope-none of this could have been seen from just a'skyview.' The existing very old triple layer of shingles and asphalt layer were removed and replaced by an all new underlayer and attractive shingles by the work team-all in one day. On the way they took care of unexpected minor issues such as reconnecting air exhaust vents and repairing gutter leads at no charge. I was very pleased with the work that was done, both terms of its quality and its fair cost."

"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business! "Joseph Seifert Contracting came out quickly and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, also giving us a time frame/wait time. The estimate was less than most of the other estimates we had received. They were within a week or two of the estimated time frame and completed the work for the amount that had been quoted. They were able to complete the work in one day. We had a minor issue with a roof overhang that had not been completed, but the crew was back out the next day and fixed the issue. We were very happy with their work, the professionalism of the crew and staff in the office. They cleaned up completely when they were finished."
