"I hired Diego of Upper Level Construction, Inc. to do the work of totally replacing the 2 roofs of my house. While some other potential contractors were only content with a satellite image of the roof I chose Diego because of his 'Boots on the roof approach': He deftly set up a ladder and walked all over the roof taking pictures, which helped me to appreciate just what was needed. He also had a good look at the plywood underlayer in the attic. It turned out that a part of the lower roof needed to be raised to have an adequate slope-none of this could have been seen from just a'skyview.' The existing very old triple layer of shingles and asphalt layer were removed and replaced by an all new underlayer and attractive shingles by the work team-all in one day. On the way they took care of unexpected minor issues such as reconnecting air exhaust vents and repairing gutter leads at no charge. I was very pleased with the work that was done, both terms of its quality and its fair cost."

"Frankie responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He walked the roof, took pictures, and explained his estimate using the pictures. He also showed me samples of the shingles and other materials he would be using. Another company said they would never go on the roof without permission and used some sort of imaging and thought part of my roof was flat (it is not) then gave me a very high estimate. My brother-in-law, who has his own construction business, looked at the three bids I got for my roof and said go with Frankie Contractor, LLC., the estimate looks good and the price is fair. Frankie kept in contact about the day his company would come to replace my roof. The crew was quiet, respectful, and hard-working and completed the job in a day. The new roof looks great with Timberline shingles. Clean-up was good. If I had any complaint at all it would be that there are shingles and roof dirt in my attic and I am not sure why or how it got inside the house. Recently my shingle warranty arrived in the mail so Frankie went full circle and completed the job by doing what needed to be done to register the job with the shingle company for the warranty.
