"9/20/2021 ~ LULEK CONSTRUCTION ~ Properly Pitched our Shower Floor then Installed a New Tile Floor. I Highly Recommend this company. The owner Derrick was VERY ACCOMMODATING for us, he actually came on a Saturday to take measurements, and he was able to fit us in the same week for the preparation work and install. For the Pocono area this is very impressive and his company should get the best business of the year award! Price was very reasonable and Derrick really knows his business. He took the time to answer all of our questions even after working hours. Derrick arrived when scheduled and did all of the work without incident. We are already looking into replacing more of our tile work with LULEK CONSTRUCTION."

"The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. Chris was in constant communication throughout the construction, regularly contacting us to give updates and discuss any minor change in the scope of work. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."

Since he also rehabs homes, Gennaro has a crew skilled in most areas.

Throughout the course of the job, Gennaro showed up on time and worked until the job was done. He made sure to have enough manpower on site to get the job done as quickly as possible. He paid attention to detail and ensured that every aspect of the job was handled properly and according to code.The quality of the work was superb and the experience was pleasant. "Roof framing and siding went great. They did not start when they said they would but it wasn't long after that. Then Super storm Sandy hit and I guess they were very busy with emergency repairs. (no damage to my house from the storm) It took over a month till the porch posts and railings got replaced and then they were done incorrectly. I had to have them come back and install the correct angled brackets for the railing from the porch to the sidewalk, and that took a few more weeks.
