My experience with contractors is not very good. Most are very bad keeping up with the schedule and hardly call with updates. This is not the case with POM. He sent the "installation manager". This one took a look and measurements, and said he would come back with pricing to close the deal. He didn't. No one has called or given me pricing. If they can't keep up with simple phone calls, why should I trust them with my house? I will not hire them!"
