"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Hartmann Electrical, just awesome! The guys they sent were Uber professional, awesome and very accommodating. I normally hate writing reviews but these folks did such a great job that I feel I had to take the time to write a few lines. They were on time. They were very willing to tackle on the job. I should mention I called other nearby companies and Hartmann Electrical were the only one willing to install a ceiling fan that high at 30ft. This even after considering doing it myself but at the end of the day, I didn’t want to rent a scaffolding or a lift because it would’ve cost more money to buy equipment than to hire a company. They were even nice enough to dab all the screws for the ceiling fans with loctite per my request (40 blade screws total). Other companies told me they wouldn’t and all they do is just install the fan and nothing else. They were also extremely honest in the charges and very transparent. The guys arrived an hour early before the air lift arrived. Any other company would rolled in the charge into the bill but not these guys. They broke down every charge and I thought that was very professional. Hartman Electrical will certainly be my only go-to guys for all my electric needs if I can’t do it myself. I know Hartmann Electrical will probably read my review and I just want to thank you for providing such great service."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
