They kind of said here is what you are getting. I think it would have been cheaper to not use the company I had the warranty with and purchase and then have someone else install it. The only advantage to using this company was that it got done on the same day."

"Tom kept open communication and notified me of need to change appointment and his estimated arrival time. On arrival to home for service, he informed me of the most likely and cost effective issues/problems to rule out first before assume the issues could be due to large major appliance repair parts. He explained what he did, simplified what I needed to do and look for if the problem should arise again. Definitely recommend."

What makes this review diffulcut is that I want to give higher marks for the work that was done since we have not had any problems to date but the fact that even after they called to set up one last visit to tie up some remainig concerns they never showed up and this makes it diffulcult to have positive feelings. Questions about the supposedly HOME SURGE PROTECTION system and WARRANTY and how to handle any future issues regarding it have never been explained or paperwork supplied. When it is so hard to reach the boss it creates  an environment of distrust be it real or imagined.
