Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Tom was very nice came on time melted all the ice inside the fridge for about two and a half hours and told me to keep an eye on the fridge and let him know if it worked or not and to call him, he guarantees his work and that he'll come back , he asked for 200$ which I thought was bit much I offered 150$ so he went down to175$ including the service call which I think is ok . He's a good old fashioned guy good manners polite and courteous . I kept checking the fridge and it's been working so far , thanks Tom will call you next time we have a problem. We are happy 😊"
