"Nick De Rosa gave me a detailed estimate with costs of each portion of the job to be done. He showed up on time and finished the job exactly when he said it would be finished and with no extra cost. He has previously done a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. I was very pleased with the work he had done for me and hired him again for a variety of smaller jobs, including installation of skylights and reroofing a sunroom, patching and resealing a concrete walkway, removing an A/C unit and several fans in the outside walls and patching the walls and interior painting. He also repaired my gutters, installed a filtration system and added some new gutters around the sun room. He does a great job in bathrooms, and this time he installed a vent fan and a recessed mirror for me. He is amazingly versatile and knowledgable of  both indoor and outdoor remodling jobs and I trust his advice. He always uses good quality materials. I was very pleased with all the jobs he did for me this time. The concrete walkway looks great, the sunroom skylights her installed are very nice and the gutter filtration system he recommended works well. I cant recommend Nick enough and  I will most definitely continue to employ him for both large and small jobs. He is very detail oriented and doesnt cut corners. His rates are quite reasonable for the area and he sticks to his original estimate both in cost and time. "

Jose from day one was extremely professional from start to finish and takes pride in his work. So you can expect perfection on finish work. Alta gave us a fair priced estimate and a very detailed estimate of scope of work from start to finish. No surprise charges. "Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount!  <br />      Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!! <br />      Not only is Artie extremely talented, but he is so easy to work with, is very professional,responsible and shows up for a job when he says he will.....when do you ever get that?????  I HIGHLY recommend Artie Derosa!!"

"TriBuild Construction did a really terrific job, from the estimate to the cleanup on the remodel of our basement. The owner, Ray, is a super nice guy who clearly knows his work, and he was always available quickly to answer my questions, even some he had already answered. I liked that the estimate was detailed enough for me to know exactly what we were paying for and when we desired changes/additions to our original plan, Ray was accommodating, got my approval on cost first, and he did not overcharge us for them. The workers were friendly and efficient and they offered ideas for improving the remodel, without pressuring us to do them if we didn't want to. They built us a completely new handicapped accessible bathroom, including demolishing part of the basement concrete floor to install new plumbing and drain, and installed all the tile, fixtures, trim, and paint. It looks really modern, beautiful and very functional! They also installed vinyl laminate flooring and base trim in the rest of the basement, a few new doors, garage doors and windows. The job was done in the expected amount of time (except for my own delays!) and on budget, with no surprises, except for how pleasant the whole experience was. This project was done to build a living space for our mother to come home from a nursing home after having a stroke, so I especially appreciated not having any difficulties with the construction to deal with at this time. Uniquely, because of our mother's Medicaid application requirements, we needed to pay Tri Build in full before they were able to even start the work, and this worked out perfectly fine. It was a little nerve wracking to trust someone we'd never done business with before with that amount of money, but Ray seemed trustworthy, and in the end, he absolutely proved that he is! I would highly recommend Tri Build to anyone!"
