"Dave and his crew actually did five projects for us. They replaced and re-framed the wood center post in a two car garage, replaced four rows of old, water damaged siding on the back of the house, replaced several boards of deck flooring, sealed the underside of a large deck and filled and sealed some minor cracks in the foundation. Dave and his crew had to re-engineer the center post. The siding was no longer made so Dave had to work with a manufacturer to fabricate new siding for us. Dave and his crew are very professional, courteous, and extremely talented. The did outstanding work, on-time, and we are totally pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. In fact, our next project will probably be to install a channel drain in front of our garage. When we are ready, Dave will get our first call. Don Hauenstein"

"Martin did an excellent job with a complicated shower install with water damage caused by the old shower unit that required replacing floor and joists. Martin was Very responsive and able to work around several complications for this project requiring rescheduling. Work was excellent ~ Highly recommended!"

"Joe and the whole team were a dream to work with. The workmanship was technically and aesthetically perfect, and the crew was great at communicating with us throughout the process (inc: providing itemized bids, consistent check-ins from both the workers and the office, and dealing with all the odd things our 1920's house had to offer). Before installing the HardiePlank lap siding, they had to remove vinyl siding, as well as a layer of old, lead-painted wood siding hiding underneath it, and they dealt with it all safely and efficiently. The painting was done quickly and is absolutely gorgeous. They worked with our ideas and exceeded what I thought was possible. The price was more than fair for all the work they had to do, and the fact that the whole experience was interpersonally wonderful made it a great deal. They never tried to upsell us, and presented all of our options clearly (fully itemized bids!), which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful home."

"I had a great experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors. I worked with Matt to purchase and install a new front door. I love my door and the accent glass, price was as expected, installation was smooth, good communication, and everyone is so nice. I would work with Lifetime again for future needs."

"Eduardo and his crew were always prompt, hard working, and thorough. No one could beat the price they had offered for the lead abatement, and I was delighted to see that they were so on point with following every lead abatement guideline to a T. My home and the neighboring homes were completely protected during this process. They were incredibly thorough in their removal, too. Each day they arrived promptly on time and didn't overstay. They cleaned up every single evening and protected every unpainted surface. The final paint job was superb. They went above and beyond, working through the weekend to make sure that everything was done before they had a job the following week. I can't speak highly enough of Bright Creations and would hire again!"

"I would hire again for anything. . The roof looks awesome the clean up for fantastic! We hired clear vision to replace our windows now because of it !"

"Our original builder cut corners on our siding and parts of it was starting to rot, it wouldn't hold paint, and looked terrible in general. Titan Exteriors did not cut corners, they did an amazing job. Every person I interacted with was honest and up front. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Very responsive and didn't try and oversell me. The crew that did the work was amazing and was making perfect cuts in seconds that would have taken me 30 minutes to get right. The layers and flashing installed was expertly done and now my house is PNW water tight. Super happy with the interaction and the result. I can easily recommend Titan Exteriors to anyone."

"Wonderfully! Lifetime was not the lowest bidder on either project but offered much more value and a LIFETIME warranty which really helped on resale. During our house project (~$30,000) the project manager pointed out that because there actually was no problem behind the brick facia (original forensic finding by another firm said there was), we could save several thousand $ by not removing/replacing. They didn't have to tell us that but they did, and that's the kind of company they are...they have their customer's best interest in mind. Similarly during the townhome community project (~$1,200,000) they found some exterior wiring issues not caught by the city inspectors and fixed them at NO Charge! And their cost to re-roof the townhomes was tens of thousands less than comparable bids. During the past year we ended up selling both units for a handsome profit almost instantly, due in no small part to the increased curb appeal and lifetime warranty. We are SO happy with Lifetime Exteriors!"

"Mark was very easy to work with and accommodating, given the unusual requirements of the project. I purchased their special offer and then hired Fine Finish for two additional weekends to complete the work. The framing required installation of a large and very heavy framing beams. Fine Finish was able to get these installed.
Other than a few minor glitches, everything went well. They showed up on time, have the required equipment, and kept good communication. I would hire them again.
