"Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day.

"Joe and his crew were professional, prompt, courteous and patient throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Petra the designer was very helpful in choosing a palette. They were attentive to all the details and wanted to ensure I was satisfied. Joe went the extra mile and coordinated with the contractor that did the seismic work that I had completed at the same time. There are likely lower priced siding contractors out there but the quality, integrity and ease with which it was to work with Joe and his crew was definitely worth it and the work was done right the first time! "I had a bedroom that needed major repair to the dry wall and painting. There was a lot to be repaired and next time, it may have to have new dry wall placed.  
Carlos and an assistant were able to repair the holes, etc and conceal the wall imperfections, then paint the room within my budget. And it looks fantastic!  Painting is "smoke and mirrors" and if done properly, the blemishes are well hidden. Short of putting in new dry-wall, the room looks amazing.
He also painted a ceiling that I had messed up trying to paint the house myself. Painting takes a lot of patience and is not easy. I intend on hiring Carlos to repaint my house that I messed up in trying to paint it myself. 
Carlos is very professional, conscientious, and gives 100% staying within someone's budget.

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"Highest recommendation! We have had C & C do repairs and full roof replacement at several properties over time. They have always been on time, courteous, priced well and professional. C & C has repaired roofs on short notice and been very straightforward about condition/ replacement need. They even advised us to hold off on replacement after a leak, as repairs would be good for several years more. They are responsive to calls and clean up after the work was excellent. When full replacement was necessary, the work was done as scheduled and the estimated cost was fully explained and accurate."

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."
