"We have used Speedy Septic twice, both for emergency situations. They were very responsive to our calls with excellent customer service. The techs were helpful in troubleshooting and explaining the problems. It’s comforting to know you can get a messy situation resolved quickly. When we had an issue with a pipe installation they were quick to resolve and stood by their work."

"Neil called when he was leaving his last job to let us know he was on his way.  He arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us.  He was very professional with his services.  He pumped the tank and made sure it was clean.  He went down in the tank to clean the pipe from the tank to the distribution box which was plugged.  He also was able to open the clean out plug from the house to the septic tank and cleared the clog from there.  Then he was able to give us a very good idea as to where the distribution box should be.  He was right on. <br />"

"I am giving an overall A rating. The work appears overall to have been well done. Since the connection to the main sewer line was able to be made at the property line and they did not need to trench into the street, they did the honorable thing and removed the extra costs included in the original bid for permit fees and to put in a new sidewalk and driveway lip, which would have had to have been replaced. The only thing that concerned me during the process is that communication from their end wasn't always the best. I had to reach out to the company to pinpoint the times that they would be on site and what to expect. Even after requesting updates, more than once I had to initiate contact to get the information I needed. All things considered, this is a minor complaint, the owner, Tom Wolfe, did take the extra step of paying me a personal visit when I expressed some concerns and, at that point, took the time to thoroughly answer my concerns. I would recommend that any customer who prefers to be updated as the project unfolds let the owners know up front what you expect as communication. I also want to mention that the office person I dealt with, Ashley, was very pleasant to work with and prompt to respond whenever I contacted her. Isaac, who gave me the original bid, also was a good resource any time I had questions."

"Matt was great in diagnosing the problem, including identifying a broken strap that was allowing the drain line to bow in the crawlspace. Ran the cable snake through the line, cleared the blockage and tested for leaks when done. Drain Away Rooter was able to schedule us for a next day appointment and they even wound up coming earlier than originally schedule. Nothing but a positive experience."

"I want to give my highest recommendation to PDX Sewer Solutions. Rob went well above and beyond to help us out when we had a very bad sewer problem. He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that’s not great situation. When he and his son showed up they worked quickly to fix the problem, keeping the mess contained and out of our living areas. And he was fairly priced to boot! Rob and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. He brings many years of experience and you feel you can really trust him, which is a big deal these days. If you have any sewer issues, call PDX Sewer Solutions. Thanks again guys. - Teacher Tony."

"<ul> <li>The work was excellent! The leak was quickly detected and repaired with minimal water loss. The repair was superior to the original connection in the water pipe. The technician explained every step, replanted grass around the area and the result was pristine!</li> </ul> <br />"

"Our house sits on the bottom of a slope, with a basement and garage basically below ground level.  With the heavy rains this year and in past years, water has leaked through our foundation and into our garage, up to 5 gallons per day.  During the heaviest rains, it would also seep into our utility room in the basement, maybe a quarter-gallon per day. <br /> The first company we called had one answer - sump pump.  They wanted to dig a trench around the entire interior of our garage and utility room with jackhammers, to actually allow the water to seep in so it could be collected then drained to a noisy, vibrating sump pump located just below our bedroom.  And they never addressed the exterior drainage.  We knew they did not have the right answer for our needs! <br /> Then we called Drainage Masters, who we had used previously for smaller jobs.  What we wanted was to prevent the water from entering our house in the first place.  To do this, they: <br /> 1) Added a new concrete berm around an existing catch basin on the property at the top of our back yard slope, to collect runoff from their property and prevent it from draining into our property. <br /> 2) Installed a new catch basin below that (on our property), where residual runoff would be collected and funneled to existing drain pipe which they installed on a previous job. <br /> 3) Install new French drain (25 feet long) behind our back deck to catch any remaining rainfall and runoff missed by the upper basins.  This also drains into the same pipe as above (which runs alongside our property, and outlets in our driveway before being collected by sewer drain in street) <br /> 4) Alongside the house, they regraded that whole area to slope away from the house instead of towards it, adding river rock over the existing dirt/mud for stability, erosion control and walkability. <br /> Inside the house, they added Tamoseal waterproofing material alongside the bottom of our foundation wall in the garage and utility room.  They also plugged a big hole and some smaller cracks in the foundation which had direct leakage and were the cause of about 95% of our water intake.  They came to do this part of the job within a week, which was a huge relief to us.  We had previously been bailing out a 5-gallon bucket of water daily from the garage, or using the shop vac daily to clean up any water that we couldn't collect.  The rest of the job was booked about a month out, not surprising given the heavy weather and demand for their services. <br /> I cannot say enough about the professionalism, hard work and positive attitude of the crew at Drainage Masters.  Same as when we've worked with them in the past, the owner Seth comes out and does a thorough walk through to gain an understanding of the property and the customer's needs.  Even though Seth was not present for the work, we feel that very little was missed, it was as if his crew captain had been there all along.  The only issue we had when they were done, was that only half of the regraded area alongside the house was covered with river rock, and the rest was left muddy.  However, once I mentioned this to the crew captain, he immediately offered to use the remainder of the rock they had on site to finish the entire area.  It now looks complete, and is very walkable without having to muddy up your shoes, and it will prevent mud from flowing into our driveway during the heavy rains. <br /> It has been nearly a full month since all work was completed, and we are so happy to report that we have not had a single drop of water in the house since then, and our backyard doesn't puddle up or create impromptu rivers or waterfalls anymore, even in the heaviest of rains.  We sleep so much better at night, knowing our house will stay dry even during the wettest storms. <br /> <br />"

"Discovered that our toilets and showers were backing up at 8:30 pm. Called and talked with someone on call, which was very nice to have! She talked me through what we should do so that we could take showers in the am. Although they have techs available for emergency calls, we decided to wait until the next day. She indicated that someone could come out the next afternoon. They did and discovered that that the issue was in the main line and attempted to unclog it at several places. They worked hard until they got it done, they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. <br />"
