It is difficult because the room has 2 large windows, a large arched window, and sliding glass doors. He came out a few days after I called and gave great recommendations and worked with us within our budget. Everything came about 4 weeks after we paid the deposit and he came out that same weekend to install everything. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Everything is perfect and our room is much darker. I would definitely recommend Better Blinds for any custom window coverings you are looking for!"

Harold was very professional, personable and gave good advice when he came to our home for the consultation. He was great in the installation too. We had a minor issue with the blinds a month later and when I spoke to Marilyn she was very helpful on the phone, but Harold still needed to come out and check on the blinds.
