"Gus (owner) came out to provide an estimate. He was in the attic for about a half hour looking over the space so that a complete estimate could be provided. Several weeks later Gus came out and added blown in fiberglass insulation which made the area an R-60. While Gus insulated the attic, he took pictures on his cell phone and showed me the completed work."

"Everyone at Arc Insulation knew their product and were well versed in explaining the process. Overall happy with the work."

"A very professional company. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, explaining the full insulation install process. All work was performed on time, as promised. The crew took care to cover rooms/furniture and performed a full clean up once they were finished."

"I am very happy with the work done by Green Attic Insulation. David and Charlie were very friendly, professional, responsive, and flexible in working with my changing needs. I originally was looking into insulation but then discovered there was mold in my attic. As the job grew, David, Charlie, and their team worked with me to address the additional parts of the job. I really appreciate their knowledge and the thorough job they did. They took many pictures of their progress and kept me informed each step of the way. Thank you very much!"

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"I'm proud to hear my son, Robert Wolfrum, is working for Perma-Seal. I first used Perma-Seal in the 80's for a foundation crack repair in our South Holland, IL home and then again at our Tinley Park, IL home. Both experiences were memorable and professional and fixed our basement water problems. It is good to know that my son is working for a reputable company that has been doing quality work for decades. I was surprised to hear that they do insulation and concrete leveling."

"The salesman who originally came out was GREAT! However, installation was a different story. The didn't tarp off the door as some of the other "big boys" do so my heat was overcompensating throughout my house. Not too mention, when they used the saw, the dust/smells filled my house which isn't ideal because I have 3 kids 2 and under. During inspecting of the finished project, the seams of the door were left unfinished and gaps between the frame and wall which I understand happens due to warping etc, but they did not want to caulk it because they claimed they "never do" and didn't even have a white interior caulk to finish it off so after insisting, they used a dark tan caulk and didn't care to finish it properly, which in my opinion for the INSANE price you pay, they should. They were very friendly but once I gave them payment, they were really not very willing to help fix the issue. As I ran my finger over the edge to show them the unfinished edges, I got fiberglass in the pad of my finger - what if one of my kids did that? For the price, it should've been perfect and it wasn't. We now have to spend extra time sanding, caulking, and painting after we shelled out thousands on the door and installation. Friendly people but not worth the money..."

"Completed job next day after my request. They hung curtain rods, assembled a bed, removed a built in cabinet and repaired drywall, hung art, installed smart lock and miscellaneous tasks. Fast and friendly, I would hire again."
