"Billy with Patriot Appliance is the worse and most dishonest repair person I have ever met. On Sunday Nov 30, I noticed the refrigerator was at 50 and the freezer 39, Called him for repair. Stated he had to get a part without really knowing the issues and he would be out on Monday. He brought an invertor that did not look new and charged $470.00 The refrigerator/freezer did not cool down. He removed the part on Dec 2 telling me it was warranted and he was returning $385.00 He told me he was bringing check on Jan 8. He has not returned any money or answered calls or text. He has stolen the return. I have registered a complaint with the Attorney General for consumer fraud. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON."
