"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

He communicated the problem to me in clear terms and answered my questions and allowed me to decide if I wanted to continue the repair process. When I agreed to the work, the technician worked efficiently to repair my freezer with little impact to my day to day business around the house. While working, he answered any questions I had about the repair and process. When finished, he cleaned up the work site and explained what work was done and what to expect. All in all, a professional experience, well worth the money. Thank you, Derrick.
